OFFICE BUILDING

Alongside Try Heng 110 Street in Phnom Penh City, there is indeed a local office building. The site is located in a highly populated district, giving it a packed commercial zone. The client's idea is to produce a building with a maximum parking capability of 14-15 vehicles, as well as office rental, a cafe, a store, and co-working space. We started to grant a five-story facility to fulfill the requirements.The structure of the building are made of steel. Nevertheless, we determined about making the design simply generic rectangle. We was using a diagonal balcony façade provide the fresh air through the building but also minimize the boredom of a rectangular form. Every terrace has 9-10 sqm, allowing space for smoking and lounging for all those who working indoors. On the top floor, we have the biggest terrace designated besides gatherings or minority parties.
